Privacy policy

TinyPaws is a private place for pet care and memories. We only ask for the information needed to run that service.

What we store

We store account details, household membership, pet profiles, care information, care page links, memories, photos, videos, and the settings you choose. Payments are handled by Stripe or the app stores — we never see or store card numbers.

Where it lives

TinyPaws runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Your media is stored privately and served only through the access rules in the app or a care page link you choose to share.

Analytics

We use PostHog EU to understand product usage. Analytics are cookieless, and session replay is off. We do not use ads, and we do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can export your data any time, and delete it with a 14-day undo window. After that window, it is permanently removed. For anything else, contact support@tinypaws.com.

Safety

We may review or restrict content that is reported for abuse. Child sexual abuse material is never allowed and is reported to the authorities.
